Press
Click a small Flic button on a lanyard or keyring, say “Hey Siri, ProSafe help”, or tap HELP in the app. You get a few seconds to cancel an accidental press.
A panic button for anyone, at any age
Press a small button, ask Siri, or tap HELP. ProSafe texts your circle where you are, then phones them one by one until someone says “I'm on my way.” No monitoring center. No contract.
Works with Flic buttons and iPhone. Not a replacement for 911.
How it works
01
Click a small Flic button on a lanyard or keyring, say “Hey Siri, ProSafe help”, or tap HELP in the app. You get a few seconds to cancel an accidental press.
02
Everyone in your circle gets a text with where you are. Then ProSafe phones them one at a time and asks: can you help right now?
03
The first person to say “I'm on my way” takes it. Everyone else is told who's coming, so nobody doubles up and nobody is left guessing.
Made for real life
Hold the button. Your circle is told it's serious and not to call or text you, in case you can't talk safely.
Walking home or meeting a stranger? Set a timer. If you don't tap “I'm safe” in time, your circle gets your last location.
A friendly automated call at the same time each day. No answer, or “I need help”, and your circle hears about it.
Send a drill marked PRACTICE so everyone learns what an alert looks like before a real one.

No. ProSafe reaches the people you choose: family, neighbours, friends. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first. If nobody in your circle answers, ProSafe tells them all to call 911.
No. They get normal texts and phone calls, and can answer from the link in the text on any phone. Each person agrees to join your circle before ProSafe ever contacts them.
Flic 2 and Flic Duo Bluetooth buttons through the free Flic app on your phone, plus iPhone Siri shortcuts and the Action button. The phone needs to be nearby, within about 150 feet of the button.
Not yet. Someone has to press the button. The daily check-in call and check-on-me timers help when they can't.
