ProSafe is not an emergency service. It doesn't contact 911, police, fire or ambulance for you, and nobody monitors your alerts. In an emergency, call 911.
What ProSafe does
When you raise an alert, ProSafe texts the people in your circle and, on paid plans, phones them in the order you set until one says they'll help. It depends on things outside our control: your phone, the Flic app, Bluetooth, mobile networks, Wi-Fi, and our text and call providers. Alerts can be delayed or fail. Test your setup regularly with practice drills.
Your circle
Only add people who know you and would want to help. Each person must accept your invite before ProSafe contacts them, and they can leave at any time. Don't use ProSafe to contact anyone who hasn't agreed, or to harass anyone.
Your account
Keep your sign-in, PIN and button links private. Anyone with your button links can raise an alert for you; make new links in the app if they leak. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian set up the account.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Texts and calls
Texts come from (833) 440-7546 and automated calls from (321) 459-6769. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or leave the circle from your invite link.
Limits of liability
ProSafe is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, LeadLift360 isn't liable for harm caused by an alert that is delayed, not delivered, not answered, or acted on, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months.
